Shari's

We were greeted and then took over 5 minutes to be seated, order taken promptly but drinks ordered were served incorrectly and after advising server 3 times still not corrected. Had to track down server to get check and to go box. We have seen Shari's busier and had better service.

as i said, the pie i ordered was wrong, i receved it in a paper bag and wished i looked inside . i live 40 mins away across the river, not able to go back today to resolve it. i like their food, i will go again just need to make sure that the pie is correct

it took a long time to get our drinks after we told the waitress what we would like. it seemed like ten minutes or more before our water arrived. two of us ordered pancakes and they were cold. would not melt the butter. thankful for the warm syrup.

Our server paid no attention to us. Forgot to bring us our food when it was ready and then she must have gone on a break and nobody would bring us our check for over 20 minutes. We waited. Tried waving down other employees but nobody paid any attention to us. Also, wanted to refill my beverage and my water glasses but never got anything refilled. Server did not apologize for not being attentive. We were very displeased with our experience. I have worked in customer service for over 10 years and this was a TERRIBLE job.

for the 5th time in 2 years I ordered a steak, in this case a T-bone. I ordered the steak medium rare: expecting a warm, red center. The filet side of the T-bone was cooked perfectly; and if one looked only at the bone, the strip side should have been fine. It wasn't. It was well done. This is a continuing problem, and needs to be rectified.

Over easy eggs had eggshell fragments in them. Prime rib was extremely thick and well done even though it was ordered as rare. Omelette was extremely unappetizing, not very warm, terrible appearance...I can honestly say that Taco Bell would have been more appetizing. Waitress was very attentive and polite and offered a free slice of pie. We were told that the bad prime rib was a result of how it's shipped to the restaurant. Very poor quality!

Chowder was cold. Bread was dry and stale

My roast was half fat and grissle. Plus I hated the pepper seasoning. The manager took care of the problem.

the staff was unprepared for the evening. Several tables close by discussed the improper preparation of their food with the waitress. Our food came out one plate at a time. My wife's over easy eggs were cooked hard, my grandson's pancake looked terrible and my daughters order was completely wrong.

There was no one to seat us. No server or hosts any where to be seen.. the cook came put and helped us. Seated us and got us drinks. Took server 10 mins to get menue. And was short and rude. Food was bland and didn't tast good at all. The porches was very small and not worth the price. I will not be going back any time soon..
