The staff are always very kind and attentive. The staff even went out of the way to get me a better deal.

Server was prompt upon being seated. Server was friendly. Food was served reasonably fast. Food tasted very good.

We were seated quickly. The Waitress was very friendly and efficient. She indicated our choice of food was a good one and we didn't have to wait long for our check but didn't feel rushed to leave. I ordered a diet pepsi and a second one came before I was entirely done with the first one. I appreciated I didn't have to ask for a refill. Enjoyed my lunch at Shari's.

We all like the location and the friendliness of the employee's. This location is always clean and the food is pretty good.

I mean, free mozzarella sticks is pretty bomb. Sherri is also pretty awesome. Got an improv happy birthday song, and she seemed genuinely interested in us at 2 in the morning.
