This location has very friendly staff, the food is exceptional as are the portions. We use to go to the one in Keizer as we really like the friendliness of David the Manager on River Road & his staff. But we had an appointment in Salem & this Sharis was closer, we Love the Cooks & staff out there on Lancaster! It was very busy in the Restaurant on Saturday when we were there!!

Our server, Sherri, was very friendly and good! Food was excellent...good choice for Valentine's Day dinner.

We were seated very quickly after arriving at the restaurant, and our server Aaron was excellent. When I asked if the dish I wanted to order contained mushrooms (which I am allergic too) he went and checked with the cook to be sure it did not rather than assuming it didn't. He was attentive throughout the meal without overwhelming us and when we requested a strawberry rhubarb pie to go at the end of our meal he said there weren't any ready but he knew that they were getting ready to bake some, and he went and checked how soon they would be ready. Within 30 mins of us ordering the pie, we had paid our bill without leaving our table, and walked out with a nice hot freshly baked pie. We have been to Shari's several times but this was by far our best service experience

Our wait person was friendly and attentive, but not too attentive. Restaurant was clean and well lit.

Server (Laura-9) was absolutely the BEST. So friendly, knowledgeable, efficient, anticipated our needs and just plain "good people". Plan on asking for her each time we dine there.

Our server's name was Kim. She was very nice and very attentive. She is the best.
