The server was excellent

I had ordered the quiche with English Muffin. When it arrived, I realized at first bite that it was a jam with berry seeds. I cannot eat seeds and asked for jelly which was given to me immediately. Since I had started to put the jam on one side of muffin, the server insisted that she would provide a new muffin for me. I was impressed that I had great service.

My friend and I meet at Shari's on Lancaster in Salem, OR often. We have always had great service from wonderful staff! I have never had a bad order or experience there! Thank you!

We were seated as soon as we got in and were immediately taken care of. Our server(s) were very friendly and quick with getting our orders out to us. Food was wonderful and I will certainly be returning with my family.

My husband go to Sharis at least once a month if not more. We love the food and quite often go on free pie Wednesday. The people are freindly and very helpfull and we really enjoy eating there.

Stopped for a quick lunch. Heidi was my server. She was very busy, but was "spot on" with her friendly service. I watched her give the same friendly service to her other tables. I got lucky in that today's soup was one of my favorites (broccoli cheese). Yum! I would recommend this spot.

Alex was very polite and followed through with everything even though it was a full restaurant

Shari's is our go to restaurant for a good meal with quick service.
