Our server Laura, was excellent! She was very attentive & knew the menu very well! Laura is a definite asset to your restaurant and I'm sure makes many sales by her kindness & suggestions!

The food is always good and the servers are very friendly. Our server tonight was Aaron and he was very attentive even though they were pretty busy.

The staff who helped us were pleasant from start to finish. She listened as we made our orders and was right back with hot coffee for me. She also noticed that I used only the cream and returned with a small bowl of just cream and none of the flavored creamer. The food was great. It arrived hot and good looking. AND it tasted great!

We enjoyed our visit to Shari's very much. Heidi was our server and she was exceptional, our meals were just as we ordered and very good. Heidi was helpful, efficient and funnier than....most!!
