Waitresses were very friendly and always remember what our needs were!

I have a lot of food alergies and going out to eat is sometimes a chore. I was graciously helped by my server and feel that the cook was concerned and accomodating as well.

Excellent service and food.

Enjoyed our meal. The sauteed mushrooms were excellent!

I always buy Service and the staff gave us service. The products that we consumed were the amenities. Shari's needs to have more options for Gluten Free products.

They were willing to go that extra mile

Our server Marina was a very attentive and sweet person who took good care of us, even refilling our coffee thermes and checking to of course see how everything was!!1 In truth I had been afraid and unwilling to back to Shari's because there is a waitress who has worked there a VERY LONG TIME named Heidi and she is absolutely the RUDEST server I have ever encountered at a restaraunt. Heidi comes across as though because she has worked there so long that she can treat people any way she wants and if she does not like you she treats you like DIRT!!! She is a tough and makes you feel horrible to ever ask for anything you may need!! But Marina was a joy. Too bad you never know who you are going to get or I'd come in more!!

Our waitress researched and was able to provide a menu item from earlier in the season. This was above and beyond the call of duty and truly appreciated!
