I love sharis, its one of those places you dont realise its there until you havent had it for a while.

Love Shari's for their food, and friendly, fast service. Although I think your coffee is way too expensive.

Chose this because it was on my way. Not usually my kind of food. Happy there was a vegetarian selection

You need to make your loaded baked potato soup available literally all the time. It's the best thing on your menu but the soup of the day was clam chowder. So I had pancakes. I didn't want pancakes. I wanted loaded baked potato soup. Yes, I know I sound petulant.

The Server Aaron was vey good no problem there. But we have been purchasing peach pies for months and very disappointed that you are no longer carrying them. Bad move on your part.

We were waiting for another party to eat lunch with us and Kim delivered water to us. She kept asking if we needed anything, to which we declined. When our guests arrived Kim took our orders and the food was delivered timely.

It seems unorganized and the carpet looks dirty

my server was attentative, and efficient. not so much friendly, just friendly enough. my only complaint is that I was offered an item/accepted the item but it wasn't until I got the bill that I saw it was an additional charge. I would have liked to have known that when offered the item.

My omelet was cool and the french toast was cool. The waitress was apologetic and very sweet and kind. She did appear busy and apologized for not checking with us sooner after we got our food. She worked hard to accommodate our coupons which got a little complicated. She was a delightful waitress so my dissatisfaction had nothing to do with her as she was trying. I just happen to have a thing about liking my hot food hot and my cold food cold.
