Shari's

I was not dissatisfied. It was just unremarkable.

Waitress was friendly to everyone but overly loud. She could be heard everywhere. Why doesn't Shari's have some nice, calming music going in the background--nothing loud or banging--just nice & calming.

I always used to order the exact same things every time I can to sharis and it was my favorite: strawberry crepes and an oreo milkshake. Unfortunately, those seem to be two of the very few menu items that were changed/taken away for some reason. I don't like the oreo pie shake, and the breakfast canolis are okay, but I just am not as satisfied as I used to be.

Our waiter brought my husband's salad. I waited about 5 minutes or so and flagged down our waiter to remind him about my split pea soup. Then he brought that. Never got our appetizer mozzarella sticks until after are soup and salad was gone. Then he brought the mozzarella sticks and our dinner. But He was trying, I think he was new. My salmon was over cooked. It was on the dry side. Had to use a knife to cut it.

The waitress was very rude, not at all personable. Did not great us, just came to table after we had been sitting there forever and looked at us. Never had this poor service at any of your locations. I have heard of issues at this location, but never had experiences it until this time.

They were busy but not that busy. Food just took to long to get to table. First waitress appeared unhappy that we wished to move from a booth to a table, when there were many tables available.

The meal was just warm and part of the sides were missing. Never did get the stuffing and yams that were suppose to come with the meal. Portions could have been slightly larger.

It was a holiday & was told they were understaffed so service was very slow. Also was first day for our waitress on her own. Food was good except my husband doesn't particularly like potato skins in his mashed potatoes & I didn't like the pearl onions in my pot roast.
