Shari's

We don't get a chance to go that often. It was kind of busy that night, but our food came kind of fast considering. We always seem to get seated close to the air conditioning and it tends to get to cold. Other than that, we have never really had a problem, except when they are out of my coconutcream pie. Also, I could have sworn that you had egg custard at one time?

The biscuits and gravy I ordered with my breakfast were hard and the gravy was luke warm, left most of it on the plate.

The girl who greeted me and seated me, and later processed my payment, was excellent. But Manuel, my server, was absentee. He took my order, then my food took forever to come, and when it did most of it was cold. Since it had fruit on it, it wasn't terrible, but cold pancakes are pretty gross. Then I sat and waited. The girl who seated me noticed I was finished, took my plates, and likely told Manuel to bring the check. I doubt I would have gotten it otherwise, I hadn't seen him once since my food came.

We waited at the front several minutes before we were acknowledged and then several more minutes before we were seated. We came in for pies, but also had dinner. If it had not been for needing the pies, we would have left and eaten elsewhere.

My oatmeal came 10 minutes before my other part of breakfast and was cold

Sesame salad had little blue cheese and topping compared to salads I usually get at Shari's. Restaurant was not very busy but it seemed to take awhile to get our order. Out of cinnamon rolls.... Water not refilled.

I ordered pork sliders. It tasted like it was seasoned with sage...not a particularly appropriate flavor, imo. The cole slaw that I ordered as a side was a little too sweet for me. I did use it on my sandwich, but it was not good enough to finish what was left, nor to take home. Overall, my meal was OK, but not something I would order again.

Average food and I'm just not a big breakfast eater.

i had to get her attention a few times. I never seem to get the pie i really want,no hazelnut cream pie,no french silk because you no longer have it, out of key lime pie again. Sent food back to be reheated.

Just didn't get the bacon done the way I like it
