The fried bread on my sandwich tasted like old oil was used, or maybe it was a dirty grill.

I guess I'm just overly picky because I've been to Shari's a lot. I think the waitress was a bit impatient but other than that it was an overall good experience- I mean, I keep coming back, don't I? I always enjoy my time there. I don't particularily like restaurants and Shari's is one that I can actually be comfortable at.

It's mostly the wait staff. Some are great but a few are unfriendly, unattentive, and slow; even when it's not busy. The food suffers if it's left too long under the warming light.

Our sandwiches (ham) did not have very much if any moisture (i.e. mayo, mustard) etc.

Would love to see more vegetable choices offered. Can't stand the green beans in the only veggie choice there is. Also the rolls are not very good.....too squishy, not a healthy choice for me.

The waitress didn't listen well. My husband & I came in at 11:30 AM with our 10 yr old granddaughter & 12 yr old grandson. First, she gave us breakfast menus. We asked for lunch menus & one childs menu . She took back all 4 menus, then brought us 2 lunch menus & 2 child's menus.

The wait staff person was outstanding in handling the volume of traffic on a free pie Wednesday. There is no way to provide the usual level of service on this particular evening

The paper towel dispenser was having issues in the women's restroom. Everything else was good.

We don't know how long it took but it seemed that it took a while to get our food. They didn't seem to be that busy, however the wait people were busy.
