Understaffed temperature

Under the cleanliness section I was dissatisfied. Within a week, I ate at this restaurant twice. Both times I used the men's bathroom. It was just filthy. Urine all over the floor near the urinal. Normally if I had seen this in any restaurant, I would have turned around and left it. I've had good experiences with this restaurant in the past, so that's the only reason that I didn't turn around and leave.

When asking some questions of the server, her reply was, "it's in the menu." She did not answer the questions, but waited for me to fumble through the menu until I was able to find the answer to my question. She did not even attempt to direct me to the correct page or section of the menu.

The server was not very friendly and did not come back to refill our drinks

The waitress was very pleasant and efficient. She said they had a new "cook" on duty. The BBQ Bacon Cheeseburger was served without bacon and my Bacon/Cheese sandwich was served in a "pile" glued together by a gooey cheese mess holding it together, not like a sandwich cut in half. It tasted good, but have never had a sandwich served in such a manner.

Food was over cooked

I already explained it.

Thr young man behind thr counter seated us and asked what would we like to drink. 2 waters and one coffee. He forgot us , the waitress asked if our drink order was taken and we said yes. She finally asked if she could get our order for drinks and we then got it.

The food is always good. Dependably so. Comfortable atmosphere. Especially nice waitress, "Toni". I would be more highly satisfied at the space needle!!! Shari's restaurant looks clean. The restrooms never are.

It was really just the portion size and the price as well. But other than that, we had a wonderful time.
