I was satisfied, but chilly. Sharis usually offers a good experience.

Wish you had a larger variety of heral teas and/or diet no caffeine drinks for those of us that are unable to drink caffeine, coffee, coke or sugar sodas.

We were very satisfied with the service specially during Christmas everything was great.

Clean, pleasant atmosphere. Could have been more quiet as waiter clanged dishes while clearing tables.

service was very slow, and our food was luckwarm

To me it looks really bad when a waiteres or hostess is running around chewing on gum. Most restrurants do not allow that to go on while they are working.

I answered it truthfully however I have always been satisfied before but I took into consideration that it was the day before thanksgiving and it was extremely busy. So, not to worry, I'm a good customer of Sharis and this one time incident is not going to make me stay away:) The little waitress did the best she could. Every one was Very Very busy.

Banging of dishes was annoying while trying to talk. Food was great, but mens restroom very full of trash and not super clean.

To be highly satisfied requires something exceptional. Everything was good.
