Shari's

Wednesday free pie night has your staff a little overwhelmed. As always we enjoy Shari's; especially this one. A lot of great staff here.

We were seated right away. Our waitress was very good also. Brought us our drinks and took our order quickly. After we ordered our food, it seemed to take quite a while before receiving. We were there around 9 pm so they weren't very busy.

it was okay.

The food was delivered in a decent about of time. The crispy chicken in my sandwich was really good! the staff was very friendly and attentive. This was much better than my last Shari's experience. Honestly the only reason I came here was I'm in an area I don't know well and we were hungry. I'm glad we did.

I was visiting from out of town and decided to go to breakfast for a family birthday, although the service was disappointing. Philo had seated us and looked irritated. He didn't introduce himself and was short with us. Our server was much the same, didn't catch a name but she also came off as short and aggravated. Overall the atmosphere just wasn't welcoming or comfortable.

We saw our server 1 time, to bring us warm waters. Someone else took our order and delivered food. When I went up to the manager to state this and add slices of pie to my order, he wouldn't help me. The young man at the front counter took payment when we walked up. This is the worst service I've ever had, but very, very good food. Props to the cook.

Slow service, not very friendly and too long a wait before food was served.

We arrived after the main dinner rush was over. Team members seemed more interested in the back of the house. My wife ordered eggs with her steak over easy...the eggs that arrived appeared to have been drained of their yolks.

I ordered the special..Eggs Benedict with yolk cooked hard. The yolks were served runny. This was taken back to redo. by the time my order was brought back..my friend had finished eating her order. My friend had ordered a slice of peach pie. The bottom crust was not done...doughy. The waitress was notified of both. My eggs Benedict had been replaced but was quite bland, and nothing was done for the pie dough other than my friend left the uncooked crust on her plate. I am a frequent customer with a Shari Card and have never had something like this happen before.

I belong to your rewards club and had received an email saying Banana Cream pies were on sale for $9.99. I live 40 miles away from Shari's but was going to town so incorporated a visist to yu restaurant explicitly to get that pie. I had to wait a short while to be waited on by the hostess/cashier only to find out that you were out of that particular pie. She did go in the back to check and came back and told me if I could wait about 10 minutes they would have another one made up. They didn't offer me a free beverage or anything while i waited for the inconvenience. They did get the pie out to me in about 12 minutes. I just think that if your are going to have a certain pie on special you should maybe make up more of them each day.
