We couldn't get a refill on water. The waitress acted like we were an imposition on her time. Food was fine, no complaints there.

My husband ordered the Country Fried Steak, and the gravy was very bland; almost tasteless. The vegetables did not have a fresh look. His salad was not fresh and crisp. I ordered the Fish and Chips, which turned out to be a BIG mistake. The fish was REALLY overfried. In fact, it was so hard I could not cut it. After telling the waitress about it, she gave me a replacement which was not much better. If I had a cook that made fish like that, he/she would be fired!!! This trip to Shari's definitely ended in disappointment, and we will think long and hard about a return trip in the future.

Everything, after being seated, took much too long. from server not taking our order to receiving our food. I ordered a familiar dish but it was poorly presented and unlike the same dish that I had previously received at other Sharis restaurants.

1) Asked for an orange juice with meal. Wait staffer brought a large orange juice without asking which size I wanted. I asked to change the orange juice to a smaller size (I had no idea there were different sizes). The wait staffer was willing to accommodate me, but should have asked for which size I wanted before walking away. Regarding the orange juice - very low quality and tasted thinned down. Sorry I ordered it in the first place. The meal I ordered was slightly overdone and bland. I had ordered it before in a Sharis in a different location and was surprised by the blandness of the meal. Need the quality of the meals to be universal across all Sharis, if possible. I will still recommend Sharis restaurants, just not this particular location.

took a sttawberry rhubarb pie home and it had no flavor accept sweets people in Salem or on Lancaster not as good or friendly as people in Lebanon Or service was ok till you sat down and then seemed to go down hill from there food came warm never came back to fill water glasses and had to ask twice for water for someone else at the table. I will go bak to Lebanon Or shares for they are good people and caring Probably won't order a Pie again that is not a cream pie for there is way to much crust on top and bottom and very little in the middle

Told by corporate office and this stores manager that it would not be a problem to not have the meat (pork) on the senior breakfast, but sub fruit for meat at no extra charge. Once again told it would cost more to sub, manager came to table and made a big deal of it and would do it this one time, but not again. What is the problem of subbing fruit for meat and charging more? It seems they are discriminating against those of us that don't eat pork.

We wanted to order pie after we ate lunch, but our waitress disappeared shortly after we received our lunch along with our bill. She came back once and quickly took our finished plates and left. I thought she would come back out, but apparently she went on break but did not tell us. After waiting for 20 minutes, we just went up to the front to pay we told another team member that we wanted to order some pie but our waitress disappeared and all she said was "oh" no apology no offer to sell us some pie at the front which we were willing to do, but after seeing the lack of care I no longer wanted to give my hard earned money at this establishment we have visited this place before and received great customer service but after waiting 20 minutes with other team members passing by because we were next to the kitchen and not being asked if we needed anything and our waitress going on break without telling us and the lack of care at the end I am greatly disappointed and will not be back.

We normally visit this Shari's during the day, either for breakfast or lunch and have always received great service. This is the first time we have been there after 8pm and the service was terrible. We were seated right away, and got our drinks, but we had to find someone to take our order. I think it was the manager who took it. We never saw a wait person to check on us or refill our water. We also did not receive our bill when we were done. We had to ask for it when we got to the register to pay. It was the worst visit we have had and will not return in the evening.

I ordered prime rib dinner via phone. When I arrived, it was a steak au jus! Manager said I could just reorder. They were out of prime rib so I ordered New York steak dinner which the cook prepared in reasonable time. Manager made no apology after cashier said she'd see how manager would handle it. They also put in wrong salad dressing. Tried to buy chocolate crème pie, too, but they were all out. Very, very, very poor service. It was a tacky visit. The evening before, I had spent about $65 on dinner w/my kids at a different Sharis and were satisfied. This one, very much not so much.
