Philo didn't smile, greet me, didn't wait long enough for me to give my order completely.

The waitress was a bit rude and cold not as friendly as she could be to make me feel welcome and I'd think i would get good service. She brushed off my request for something and i already solved my problem long before she came around to help me. i was there close to four pm and wanted in on free pie Wednesday but it wasnt wasnt exactly four so i didnt get pie. I paid and told the manager who took my money i was disappointed not getting to have pie and she just said ya thats too bad.

A little after 10 o'clock was when we arrived . The first problem that was encountered was the water was only filled twice. Second problem was the food in between time was too long. We were in there for over an hour .

When I ordered my meal my mom who was with me asked for the same thing and the waitress said "wow that is simple", so I figured we were good. When our food come to the table we were told that the waitress said oops I pushed the wrong button and 1 was a Denver omelet and the other which is the one we ordered 2 of was the country ham. Since we were in a Christmas present shopping day I wasn't gonna wait for another omelet to be made. I ate as much of the Denver omelet and then took the rest home for my dog to eat. The decaf coffee was so nasty I was not able to drink it I could not believe that 2 of the same meals were ordered and they came out different, and the waitress just giggled about it

The restrutant was Cold and manager would not listen to me

The sandwich I ordered came very dry with little condiments and a burned burger. The bottom bun was soggy and the overall temperature of the sandwich was almost cold. My companions toast was cold, hard and the butter wasn't even melted.The whole order sat in the pickup window for over five minutes, we could see it from where we were sitting. The restaurant wasn't busy either.

Myself and the other two people I was with got sick off of the fish and chips

Took over 1 hour to get our food.

We set ourselves which I understand we should not have done. After about 5 minutes the manager came up and asked if we sat ourselves and I said yes. She then requested that we move to a different table that resided in the video poker room. A member in my party was a senior citizen and can’t move very easily. I knew they had a waiting list though it look like it was all large parties. I figured that they wanted to use our table to add to another table to accommodate a large party. The table we vacated was empty for 13 to 15 minutes after we moved. The two people who took our table I watched walk in the front door and was Immmediately sat. Why didn’t she just give us a reminder that we need to make sure to check in with them just in case the table was taken and Leave us alone? Which was not the case. It appears the manager was teaching us a lesson. She, For some reason made it personal.

Took way too long to get food. Ordered whole pie to take home. Bill was brought with no pie on it. No pie brought to table or waiting at checkout. Another server told us our requested pie was sold out. They offered to sell us a frozen pie that we could thaw out ourselves. I think our server should have told us our flavor was sold out, when he brought the bill.
