Our sever Heidi was slow at bringing us coffee more sugar and our food she was not friendly at all and seemed grumpy I have had her before and the same problem then to she had no customer service at all so I will not be returning here anytime soon even though I love the food

From the time we were seated until our food arrived was greater than 30 minutes. I ordered the Prime Rib and eggs. I ordered medium for the Prime Rib, and it was burnt. My girlfriend ordered eggs Benedict and they were over cooked. I found an object in my Prime Rib that might have been a hair. Our server never came back to ask if everything was OK. So we didn't have the opportunity to tell her how crappy the food was or how bad her service was. We will never be back.

Ordered Sharis Breakfast with bacon, eggs over medium, hashbrowns and English muffin. Eggs Benedict with extra hollandaise sauce with stuffed hashbrowns. Received eggs very runny and gelatinous. Received eggs Benedict with hardly ANY sauce. Took a couple of pictures, don't usually report negative experiences, but this was the worst I've seen.

Waited too long for my breakfast and at the end my steak was burn. My server Bertha was really nice she offered a new breakfast, but I didn't have time to wait. I hardly had a few bites yet I paid full price for my meal. No manager came to my table. Very disappointed!

We whant to hawe brekfast , We whare abate 8.45am , wemage the order abate 8am .WE whaer never toled that this was over at 9am.all was fine then we gote the billand in the opper coner the time sead 909am. weodert be for dat. So i whant topay iasket whaye iwas cate more aand he was so roude he wodnte , he toke may creded cared no explotesn not a wored. iknow im old . but im not spied, may hasbend of 62years was stendig riget niste to me and cudedt belive what was goig on .I waset the mony but his ad ,thisent the first the firste time we had an essey att this Cafe last yaer was on and this is furtes time hawe been and it well be the last.

We are regular customer who eat at Shari's usually twice a week, but the food quality of your eggs has seriously diminished. The scrambled eggs are not eggs, so we no longer eat that. Then, we been eating eggs benedict, but this last time, the eggs were extremely undercooked with hardly any sauce. the yolk slide out of the egg, and the whites of the egg was just white, liquid stuff. It's was awful. I can't believe the waitress served us something that looked like that. Not happy, which is too bad because we love most of the waitresses at Shari's, but we're not willing to eat food that looks unsafe to eat. You really need to do something about your eggs and go back to the good eggs. Charge more money, if you have to, but serve good food!
