Lauren, the server, was "top drawer"!! We travel a great deal and eat at mostly upscale restaurants with European style service (gentle, use of correct English, focus on service, soft spoken, refers to guests without use of the the term "you guys"; sincerely interested in their work; look at it as a job to be executed with attention to detail and singular importance in how service was delivered) Lauren embodied all of those indicators. Even though she was at the end of her shift, she behaved as if she had just begun her day. Her dress was immaculate, her makeup flawless, and her attention to two seniors, was above the mark. We soooo enjoyed our meal, the presentation of the plates, and the flavor of the fare we were served.

I went out to eat and chose sharis. The staff is always excellent and the food is better. The menu is diverse but easy to navigate. Always an enjoyable place to dine out.

Service was fast and accurate. Nothing to complain about, everything was great.

The resturant was very busy and there was limited staff but people were still being seated quickly and served in an acceptable time frame. My chicken burger did happen to be undercooked but it was fixed quickly and without question. And seeing the busyness of the resturant at the time I was very pleased at how quickly my order was fixed and how well the staff dealt with the situation. The staff handled the customers politely and did not show any stress of the sitution. Have many years experience on the food service industry I can empathize with a busy night and limited staff shift hat these employees were handling.
