The most important is the food , which was great , the cook is excellent , prep was great.I was greeted and sat in appropriate time , ordered very quickly. The menu is good , has great choices , but needs to have another steak choice added.

The server (Sara-355025) was very understanding and polite when I mistaking ordered my hamburger light pink instead of well done. And even though it was my fault she corrected it. Thank you Shari's you need more servers like her.

Our visits to Shari's are always enjoyable, from the reception at the door to our leaving with a big thank you from the cashier.

There was only one waitress there in the evening - I think her name was Karen - she has been there a long time. She deserves a raise - she does an excellent job, is very knowledgeable of the menu, is very pleasant - but in a real way - not fake friendly. She handled everyone with grace and speed of service - even though she was there by herself. I was amazed.
