The place was clean, well lit. always a friendly waitress that has been there about five years and she is professional to all customers. The manager was out on the floor greeting customers and you could tell he wanted all customers to have a good experience. Our food was served piping hot and I appreciate this and can't stand food that sits and gets cold. My husband had carpel tunnel surgery earlier in the morning and really was looking forward to a good breakfast and of course his coffee piping hot too. All was great!

The quality of the food is consistent and very tasty! The customer service is above average and the pies are the best in Whatcom County.

Haven't visited our local Shari's in a long time. The remodel sure made the experience nicer, but our waitress (Destiny) was the best ever at any restaurant regardless of $$$. The food was better than I recall from previous visits at many locations. Again the experience was great and we'll be back again soon, thanks to Destiny particularly!

Our family was served in a timely manner. Our food was great. Melissa provided excellent customer service. Tim worked his tail off, cooking, cleaning tables, cashing customers out, etc. A good team of employees you have in your restaurant.
