Shari's

Offered to split our salad since we were planning to share it.

I am there every week, find the staff friendly, helpful, willing to answer any questions, and basically cater to our needs and wants.

The food is great and the service is fast and courteous. The girl (Kaitlen) that served us on May 17th was absolutely excellent. Although she had a large number of tables to serve, she got around to everyone very quickly and stopped by our table several times to see if we needed anything else. My husband and I were most impressed with this particular waitress although we have always had very good service, this girl excelled. We have switched from Denny's to Sharis about a year ago and have never looked back. We are seniors and go out to eat very often.

Our first trip to Shari's was unpleasant and this was a trial run to see if it was a one time issue. This time our food was excellent and our server was amazing. Kaitlen was so helpful and friendly. She made the experience very pleasant!

We received excellent meals and service at a fair price, and have no complaints about anything.

One our best meals at Sharis. The only problem we had was it was a warm day and the air conditioning was on COLD. We asked to move tables and were shown to a table NOT under the cold air vent. We always take a jacket with us because while the workers are stay warm running around helping people, the customers are just sitting still, getting cold. The manager did play with the thermostat and may have changed it because it did get better. The food was hot, well prepared and tasted great. Waitress was friendly and helpful. Just a very pleasant dinner.

Marissa(135720) was very helpful. I had forgotten my Shari's card and my Birthday pie was due. She was able to locate my account and credit my bill for my pie slice. Also, the speed of service between ordering and getting the food as incredibly fast. She was also very helpful in our food selection and options. Kudos.

Food was excellent flavor although the soup wasn't hot enough. Ordered a patti melt even tho it wasn't on the menu...everything needs to be on the menu. Pies were excellent. All the food, really, was better than expected. Would like to see more "simple" items on the menu for the clients that prefer less fancy food. The young lady that seated us was attentive, but the waitress was overwhelmed, she told us it was because it was Wednesday. She did take the time, without hesitation, to take our picture. I will go back to a Shari's, this one was out of our way, so won't necessarily go back. Competition is stiff these days and your free pie on Wednesday is a great drawing card, obviously!
