I eaten there alot over the years but this day the hashbrowns tasted like metal cleaning solution my poached eggs one broken and i asked for really soft and they where a little too firm and bacon was like shoe leather and orange slice dry I usually have had awesome food this day not so much

The restaurant was extremely busy. The wait person was very attentive and served us very quikly in spite of the busyness of the time. She checked back later and brought our bill in a timely manner.

The batter for the fish and chips was WAY too salty. The waitress, who was wonderful, said that the coating for the fish was next to the salt for the fries. No manager came over, we weren't even comped a coke. I dont look for freebies but in this case we should not have had to pay for the meal. Been to Sharis lots and this visit was not up to your usual.

Our server made slightly sarcastic remarks which were taken the wrong way at first. The order was incorrect at first but was quickly corrected.

As I said previously we ordered a sirloin steak welldone and medium, but the meat was too dry to eat, not a little juicy. This happened for the second time, may be the meat has been so long in the freezer, meaning not fresh. Highly dissapointed

I thought you cooked the bacon a little too much; the serving of peach pie was not super attractive. The peach pie was too runny. The apples in the deep dish pie were a little too undercooked. Our server seemed to be alone serving all of the tables yet there seemed to be two other female servers. Curious why. * Really liked the remodelling of this restaurant. It also seemed that the restaurant was cleaner overall. * Would like to see your restaurants use LESS pre-made food. Food would be a LOT more healthier. It's a bit of a burn to go out to eat when all you are doing is heating up, deep-frying, or otherwise frying pre-cooked food. Not super healthy. Also, what's the point of going out if that's all your restaurant does? Makes me question the pies..... * Really liked our server Gloria. Very nice service from her.

I am generally not highly satisfied with anything. It is the age thing. Particularly I am not highly satisfied because my wife ordered a meal that I should have ordered, but I did not. So it is not you it is me. Now I sound like a woman breaking up with her boyfriend. Hope I entertained you reading this rant. Thank you for the good service though. Will visit again in a few month to use the coupon. Can you make these coupon to entitle for more variety of appetisers? They always list same appetisers. Thanks. Now my wife is telling me that making fun with surveys may be a criminal offense. Oh.. well... too late now. I have already typed it in.

It was really busy (which is fine) but it was a late Sunday morning (presumably a really busy time, I'd imagine) and there was a whole section of booths that were not open and a lot of people waiting in the lobby with a wait list.

food varieties were not many.

Very clean and decorated with holiday decorations. the team members were very nice and answered all our questions. Enjoyed the dinner
