The stuffed hashbrown were good,but the ham were a bit salty.May be it was Sunday, the washroom have no paper!

When I ordered the Salmon dinner, the server did not ask how I wanted the fish cooked. When the fish arrived, it was well done. It was still tasty, and I ate it all, but it was over-cooked for my preference.

I legally enjoy all the pies

A small group meets there weekly for breakfast. It's good, the staff is great, but I reserve "Highly Satisfied" for a truly great dining experience. this is breakfast.

ordered a side of stuffed hashbrowns and she forgot to bring them. Reminded her and took forever to get them by which time we were almost finished with our meal

I ordered a steak salad. My order for the steak was medium well. I came out more like medium rare, too bloody for my taste. I did not bring it to the attention of the waitress as I was hungry and didn't want to wait further.

New waitresses and counter was rather messy.Just didn't seem up to usual standard. Slow at giving bill.

My husband and I come to Shari's to eat in early morning hours. Without fail there is only one waitress working which causes high turnover in waiters/waitresses. Customer service also breaks down because of this ill-conceived practice. Shari's

Great service and great food

There was a minor glitch, the waitress forgot to bring the appetizer before the salad, but otherwise everything else was great, and so was the waitress
