French fries were under-cooked, fish was greasy and half raw.

The portion size is way too big. The restaurant needs to be updated. Not dirty , but not crisp and clean looking.

They were very busy so things were a bit slower than usual. We were in no special hurry so were not bothered but someone who was in a hurry might have been upset.

I am glad the baby rib is back .The quality of the rib was not the same,but the taste was still good.The incentive of the survey were the same for a long time,can it be change?

Cashier was new/in training but did get my waitress to answer questions she did not know. I was asking about the rewards card. Cashier was cleaning the glass door to the pie case but it didn't really come that clean. She was also very busy. I think there were other pies (fresh strawberry) that weren't on the menu so I didn't know they were available for the freebie piece of pie. My waitress was really great. I was genuinely surprised how much I liked the food and the service and will bring my family next time. I sat at the counter because I was by myself. I noticed service at other tables seemed over and above as well.
