Prices are very high for a budget breakfast. Coffee at $2.49 is excess and will have to drink just water next visit. My mother in law drinks about 1/2 cup and not worth the price. For 3 seniors with coffee and budget breakfast before 9AM only, it cost us $32.00. The server Ken is always GREAT at doing any task in the business.

i was satisfied overall. Service time was delayed due to being there at a peak hour. I've worked in the restaurant industry before. The staff did a fine job.

We were basically ignored when we came in even though the restaurant was not busy at all

The hostess was also working as a waitress so we had to wait to be seated even though the restaurant had approx 8 tables of customers. The food and service from our waitress, Faith, were great. She was attentive, friendly and went out of her way to make sure my son had a great experience. The overall appearance of the restaurant was very dated. The dirty carpets should be replaced with a wipe-able vinyl surface. Our table had a deep gouge in the surface and the seat of our booth needed repairs/replacement. The paper towel dispenser in the bathroom was out of order and there were old sticker marks on the mirrors. It was our first visit and we will return again but this location needs a renovation to bring it into this century. We love the menu choices and it is the only menu I have read that lists the calories which I loved!! We are returning because we like the menu choices, the food was well prepared and the waitress made a good impression. Hopefully improvements to the restaurant will take place in 2016. Thank you.

NORMALLY HIGHLY SATISFIED; MUST BE NEW COOK AS TOAST WASN'T VERY TOASTED AND BIG GLOBS OF BUTTER (NOT SPREAD) WERE SITTING ATOP WHICH I HAD TO SCRAPE OFF. NO BIG DEAL AS I JUST FIGURED THERE WAS A NEW COOK. JUST NOT VERY APPETIZING TO ME. HOWEVER, THE WAITPERSON IS ALWAYS EXCEPTIONAL.

though it was a busy day, we were not offered a refill on our ice tea, which we were really wanting and our food was lukewarm at best. Our waitress did not stop back by our table until she took our plates...we were not going to just sit there and not eat after 20 minutes of her not stopping by so we ate our lukewarm/cold by then meal.

First - Kenny was great! We have noticed that when serving Tea (something that some US and more Canadians do like) the hot water is served in a carafe when ordered. The water becomes cold/warm as the dinner progresses. Solutions recommended: A) serve the hot water in a NON-coffee urn/thermos to keep it hot longer; B) serve one cup and have the waiter/waitress retrieve more hot water when asked Either solution is better than the present, though generous, effort. Tea does NOT steep well in warm water; it must be hot, hot water. The coffee, at present, is served hot and with an ample flask/urn that is capable of keeping extra coffee hot over the course of the meal - very nice! thank you!
