Seat cushion collapse causing us sit to low

servers were good, i miss my other server, do not remember her name, she had a baby over a yr ago, was good. was told she no longer work there. Besides fast service, my only concern is the ladies wash room, hand paper supply empty. need to be clean with bleach thank you

Just a busy morning, server was running behind. Usually doesn't happen & manager was cooking so we know he was working short.

I think your prices have become rather expensive for what you get. The early bird menu was good until 11AM not it is 9AM with much higher prices and smaller portions. Coffee priced at $2.49 is one of the most expensive in Whatcom county. I paid early bird price of $7.29 plus $2.50 coffee and tax of .85 for a total of $10.64 for small portion breakfast. Our Diner down the street 2 eggs plus hashbrowns and 2 slices toast plus coffee is $6.25 plus $2.00 for coffee (Much larger regular serving). Not like the old Shari's today at all.

We are highly satisfied with Sheri's. One thing would be that the seats are not comfortable, but we understand a renovation is in the works.

My wife and I and my mother in law went for your T-Bone steak dinner special and not a single one was done properly and we had to send it back and then it still was not done properly. Not done enough the first time and after the getting the Steak back it still was not done to my liking and was still not very tasty
