One member of the party mentioned that she is allergic to peppers, but her food was served with paprika all over it, which is a pepper. Also, some of the "hot" food that was served was Not hot.

we ordered a Hot Turkey Sandwitch it was fried on the grill came on Toast and the turkey was grilled and dry tasted like ham really dry ham

I wanted the pancake sandwich but was informed it would cost me $2 more than what was listed on the menu because of time of day. I ended up just ordering pancakes and paid $6.50 for 2 small pancakes. Not a good value.

1. my food was less than luke warm (potatoes and the gravy ) 2. I ordered the hot turkey sandwich, but did not read what it entailed, as i had it a while back, and it was delcious, but the waitress told me they had changed it up. unknown to me. last time had, for me, to much gravy, so i asked for it on the side. last time had nice slices of what appeared to be fresh turkey. this time a piece of turkey fried to warm, between two pieces of dry toast ( i guess thus the gravy ). no veggies, but cranberry sauce, in a to go container. potatoes were good, although like i said near cold. i had to ask for the plate reheated. overall, a bad experience from what i had rememebered as a wonderful meal the last time. would never order again, and wonder if i would go back. then as i paid, i gave the waitress the money, she should have said pay at the cashier, but she took her, bless her, and came back and told us she was introuble for doing so. as we left, i am assuming it was the manager at the till, never said thank you for coming, good night ,nothing. left us to walk out like we were nobodies. overall, not a good experience for dining. i a choice you over denny's across the street. Almost every time, I wait to pay my bill. It took me longer to pay my bill than to recieve my meal.

We eat at Shari's a lot. Today my wife and I ate there and her flatbread sandwich was great. She also had coffee I ordered a 3 Egg Omelette with hash browns and toast. It would be a stretch to say it was a TWO egg omelette plus it was overcooked and I couldn't find the hame. Also the hash brown were soaked in grease. I was very disappointed and the bill was $23.00 +. I had no drink. I will come again, but if this happens again, it will be my last visit. We come there at least twice a week.

The wait to have our order taken and the wait for our food to arrive was longer than we would have liked. And then, when we went to the cash register to pay, no one came for at least 3 minutes and I had to go and find a wait person to come to the register. She was unable to use the register for some reason and had to call on someone else to fix it. Our total wait time was way over what we expected. Therefore, we would never go to Sharis if we had a tight timeline as we did today.

I started of ordering the prime rib stroganoff and had the server return a short time later and stated that they were out of all types of pasta. Then I ordered the prime rib dipnwith mushrooms and onions. They were over cooked and the prime rib was very dry. The aujus was tasteless. I was in a hurry or I would have sent it back. Next time I’ll try the Denny’s across the street.

Rib dip sandwich meat was ground up mush like baby food bland flavor. My hamburger bun was toasted and cold ,meat overcooked hard and extremely salty. Fries overcooked and cool. We eat at this Sharis frequently and were so disappointed in quality of both our meals to the point we are not planning on returning. We discussed speaking to the waitress but very busy and appeared stressed..Due to time to get our food we ate what we could and just left..wondered if new cook but quality was also an issue.

We order three turkey dinners,the turkey ,the mashed potatoes and the vegetables were and tasted watery. The vegetables were mushy and no color to them, matter of fact there was moisture on the plates. We were very disappointed.
