Had past issues with the same order and discussed with our server Ashley and she handled this particular meal above and beyond..!!! It was perfect on this visit thanks to Ashley..!!!

Our server Kim Krakowski is always so friendly. The new manager Stacie seems like a breath of fresh air for this store. We’ll be back.

Great service, good food and hot coffee

Our server, Lisa, was fantastic! She was friendly and attentive. She would check back and make sure we were good, but not to the point where it was intrusive - you know what I mean... some servers wait until you are putting a bite in your mouth and then they want to come ask you questions. Not Lisa!! Her outgoing personality combined with her stellar service will be the reason we stop in for a meal the next time we are coming through.

Ashle-10 was friendly, fast and very personable. She made sure we were very well taken care of our entire visit. We also noticed she seems to really enjoy her job.

At the Shari’s in trout dale our service was great! We stopped in at 1 hungery with munchies. The atmosphere was amazing and so was the lady who helped us. !!

The pie display was inviting. The location was easy to access. The staff is wonderful.
