Shari's

We were seated immediately, service provider, KAYLA, was one of the best I have ever seen, Troutdale #176 restaurant. If you are as smart as I think you are you will reward this young lady for the professionalism, courtesy, SMILE and excellent service she provided, 2nd to none, and no, she is not related and we had never met her before. The only problem was a very tough new York steak my husband had. We have been to Sharis often and will continue to go.

The waitress was wonderful, the food was delicious, and the atmosphere was quiet and friendly.

Brittane was very polite, on task, and kept a beautiful smile on her face! It was exceptional service.

I go to the Troutdale Shari's because, even though it is farther from my house in Sandy. We used to go to the Gresham Shari's but they remodeled their location and the atmosphere is horrible. That restaurant is cold and sterile. They took out most of the booths and put in tables so the privacy while dining is next to nothing. PLEASE PLEASE do not remodel other locations and take out your booths and put in a bunch of tables. Please keep your welcoming warm décor. We also have started going to the new Black Bear restaurant in Gresham because they have comfortable booths and a welcoming décor even though we like your food better. Shari's is a comfortable family restaurant do not make another one into a Starbucks looking place.

I have a nut allergy and Jamie helped with keeping the nuts off of my pie. He is very attentive and upbeat. He was very accommodating with allergies. The quality of the food is Very great! It fills you up fast.
