There was great service! There was a very large group and yet they didn't make a single mistake. They were also super fast.

I came here with a big group and he was on helping us with any questions and made sure we had refills when we needed it! He was on top of it!

Our family has been a loyal Shari's customer for many years. Had poor service multiple times at the 2 locations closest to our home in Parkrose several years back and stopped going. Moved to Troutdale last summer, and have visited this location 3 times. We have experienced timely service, quality food, and friendly staff. Ashle is fabulous. Y'all have restored our faith in your company - at least at this location.

I can tell you why in 3 words or less, really... those words are Kimberly, Lisa, and Jaime. They ALWAYS make my experience fantastic!! The ladies because they are always so thoughtful, outgoing, and attentive, and Jaime... well, have you ever eaten something he's made?!?! That man makes my breakfast PERFECT! My eggs are just how I like them... my bacon and sausage are spot on.... perfection on a plate - or to go container - plate just sounded better ;o) Between the three of them, and you throw Roy in there too, I don't know that it gets much better. They are a great way to start my morning!

was not highly satisfied. can never get hot coffee. with order always ask for hot coffee. never comes hot only warm
