Shari's

It is all the sharis pos system need to be able to change on demand. We a couple of times ordered but we all have sharis cards so we wanted the meals separate from each other and they were not able to do the task on your pos system. Just a suggestion.

basic attention calls for the drinks to be replenished in a timely fashion

Not only this Shari's was slow.. I have had three meals on my bike trip at Shari's. Every Shari's has slow service though most staff are very warm. Often it was not busy to explain the slowness. I need to be asked more than once for my order readiness and have my check in reasonable time. ALSO you will receive more repeat business if you put a gourmet coffee option on your menu. Such as Pig 'n'Pancake has ( Oregon) There are many picky coffee drinkers.

Our server was very kind and friendly. Making our visit extra lively

they ran out of prime rib and it was only 7 pm and we had gone there for the prime rib for both my wife and myself.

Waitress wasn't very attentive.

The menu item we ordered gave you the choice of 2 of several items, one of the items being pancakes. When we ordered we were told no pancakes, toast instead. We had the same item at other Shari's with Pancakes, but it was in a different state. (Washington rather than Oregon) We did not want to make a fuss, so we accepted the toast instead. Next evening we went to a different Shari's in a different town in Oregon and sure enough, we did indeed have the choice of either pancakes or toast with the main menu item we ordered.

As stated before took to long for the food to come and the waiter or waitress doesn't come as often most of time they will come over when you have finished your food and ready to go. I have had that before when I have stopped by

It took a long time (30 minutes?) to receive our order. The restaurant was not busy at the time.
