It was a very long wait between the time we were seated and received our drinks to when someone came to take our order. Also, my husband needed a water refill and I could not find anyone to catch their attention to get more water. However, our waitress who had just came on duty was very friendly and enjoyable.

Took a long time to get or food. About 40 minutes. May have been due to shift change, but....

Good food, ehh service

It was a good visit, glass of soda was a little expensive though

We bought you're sale breakfast spring berry comb Did not realize there was extra charge for berries nor did server tell us we were expecting 9.99 Not 9.99 plus 2.00 feeling a little confused

ordered the prime benedict, the eggs were overcooked.

Attentiveness of server lacking. More intent on cleaning and talking to other staff.

Two of us were getting a free "Birthday piece of pie", plus a meal. We were not allowed to take off a $5.00 credit from our card AND the pie at the same time. Kind of cheesy we felt and not explained when we first went in and talked about the pie.

I keep asking for plant based whole food dishes (vegan) to no avail. In other words they have none. We used to go to Sharis often, 1-2 times per week, until we learned about the dangers of fats and oils extracted from plants and used to cook with as well as all animal products role in the perpetuation of heart disease, diabetes, certain cancers, obesity, and even Alzheimers. Let alone joint pain, back pain, etc. I don't expect you to remove all dishes with animal foods, and cooked with oils and fat, but it would sure be nice if you offered some plant based whole food meals for those of us who liked the atmosphere, hospitality, and service of Sharis restaurants.

I ordered a lunch and decided to add a milkshake for $3.99 according to the menu. When I got home and looked at the receipt, I see that I was charged the regular price of $5.99. The wait staff should be more aware.
