Your prices are high when compared with other area restaurants that also serve larger portions. The quality of food is inconsistent. Some days it's excellent; other days, it's not good at all. The ice tea is ridiculous. Charge an extra nickle and put an extra tea bag in the mix, for god's sake. As it stands now, you have to order hot tea with an extra glass and ice and make your own ice tea. Who wants to do that? At one time, this restaurant was excellent; we returned several times a month. Then you changed managers and things haven't been the same. Time to figure it out, though, as we have found other spots and go to those far more frequently than we do to Shari's.

Look, if you want to pinch pennies this bad, which is your right, just know that you will drive longtime customers away for good. That doesn't make any sense, but that's the direction that you seem to be moving in. The ice tea was a joke. We had to order hot tea, with an extra glass of ice, and brew our own. This is what you want your customers to do? Really? Well, have at it ... but you won't have our business any longer. The only reason we came today was that we had a coupon. Well, the coupon is gone now. Do you really think we'll be back?

The server naver came back to fill our drinks or ask us if we needed anything. The free pie Wednesday wasn't free, we had to pay $1 more for specialty pies we'pve never been charged more in the past and on the advertismemt for the free pie Wednesday there's a freaking specialty pie on it. We go quite a bit but probably not going to be as often now. Those pies i usurally get for $12.99, each slice is around $3.49 x 6 , your already ripping your customers off.

Took to long for everything, I think there were problems somewhere else. My biggest complaint was the side salad I was offered with my meal was wilted, so I did not eat it.

Only a fork and 2 napkins as place settings. Had to ask waitress for a spoon for the tea. Only brought a spoon didn't bring a knife that I was missing. Never came back to ask about refills or how the meal was. Another waitress delivered the wrong item to me. If I go to Shari's in Troutdale. I will walk out if Diane is not my waitress. She knows what she is doing. The others are a problem that is waiting to happen in food serving.

Came to have dinner with my daughter, Lisa was terrible rude. Never was greeted when we arrived at Shari's, took 15 minutes to be seated (lots of tables opened) and was not even greeted when sat. When we went to pay, had to wait another 10 minutes (no line) and was not greeted and she walked away prior to us being complete with paying. If I acted the way she did at my job, I would not have a job. Will never be back to Shari's again. being rude is not okay.

There wasn't any team work. the other servers made sure their customers were taken care of, but didn't give our waitress a second thought. If everyone worked together, everyone in the restraunt would be better taken care of, not just some. Your manager was in the kitchen, and there was no one over see the floor.

The bacon that was ordered was burnt and when we had them re do the bacon it came back just about as bad but not burnt.
