.The server didn't seem to be interested or concerns with customers. Or any other job duties. Waited 20 min. For menu and no utensil, no attention to our needs. Our special order to be done when leaving. It was a malt. Was put on table next to our dinner. Needless too say it was not the malt my husband is used to.

The food was terrible! The potatoes tasted funny, the beans were very overcooked, the cucumber in the salad was on its way to rotting (yellow and brown in color). I left most of the food on the plate and wasn't even asked why it wasn't eaten.

Recommend this Shari's? How about not recommend ANY Shari's? We used to go here four or times a month. Now we seldom go, and when we do, we are generally disappointed. Great service and friendly wait staff doesn't make up for bad decisions at the corporate level, at the local management level, or in the kitchen. If you can't get an ice tea that actually tastes like tea, well, what's the point? Somebody had better figure out a solution to cutting back on essentials to the point that you lose your customers. As for us, we've discovered several nice restaurants in the area that offer terrific food at better prices. Explain to me, please, why I would want to go back and be disappointed week after week. Go ahead ... I'm listening. Even your value coupons don't cover a lack of essential care and quality.

I ordered the broccoli, ham, and cheese quiche. The quiche was far too loose and there was NO broccoli in it at all. Plus, you should tell customers that those items are not baked into the quiche, but added as a topping. It's a basic quiche with toppings. I would not have ordered it had I known this.

The toast we received was cold and the butter sitting atop it was unmelted. It looked disgusting, there was way too much butter and the sight made me nauseous. We have tried to return to this sharis several times and we're dissatisfied every time we go

i visited this resturant wednesday and tried to have the waitressuse the $5 awards on my card toward the check and that did not happen they could not figure out how to do it. i was told that i had $10 i could use next time so i took a family member in on saturday for a treat thinking i had $10 to go toward the bill when it came time to use card they said i had nothing on card. i think i will get rid of the card and not go to shari's anymore i'm don!!!!!!!!

My breakfast was very cold,not warm at all. There was no flavor in the gravy. Biscuits cold, eggs cold. My boyfriend had a bacon burger and his was ok. I did not even finish my food. I always eat all when I get breakfast. This location definitely needs to be remodeled and cleaned. Our server Jamie was very nice and helpful. Just very disappointed with my food.

We ordered coffee and the coffee pot was dirty, we asked for a clean one and the second one was Dirty as well. We also had to ask for knives .

I ordered the Shari's sampler found oat meal under plate and under my pancakes. I don't bring problems like this to the staff. I feel its a better more truthful eval when its a paid for by the customer. It wasn't even busy there was absolutely no call to use a dirty plate.
