My friend and I went to your location in the evening and our server was lovely and sweet but it seemed like she wasn't listening to what was requested. 1) I had asked for a chocolate cherry pie shake and she brought me a chocolate shake and a slice of pie, when I brought it up she said all they do blend it together "basically the same thing" she did offer to blend it but it seemed like it was going to be a hassle so I said it was fine. 2) We subbed reg hash brows with stuffed HB, she ordered a reg and a stuffed (the guy that brought it out to us took the double order off our tab.) 3) Lastly we both asked for waters when we ordered (with her beer and my "pie shake,") we didn't get them and then when we asked for box's, we also asked again for water and she brought us the box's and our check but no water, again. Overall we were both very disappointed when walking out of there.

You need to have good cooks at night just as you do in the day time the apple pie I had, had two pieces of apple in it, it was all dough and crust when I told the waiter he was bothered by me telling him to take it back

The server was great as always. Not his fault that the burger was not done and also we visit 3 or 4 times a week and there seems to be a management problem. This location was out of so many things each time we have come in. We have been coming here for years and never had this issue til the past month. It's not a pleasant place any longer for dinner. You will lose a lot of regular customers if this continues.

The time we waited for service and drinks was way too long. The waitresses are far overworked now that they have changed the number of people working at the same time. They don't seem to have the time to be friendly because they are rushing so much to keep up. They are forgetting a few things that were the never forgotten before. It's not the same atmosphere anymore and the plate sizes have changed to smaller with smaller portions as well and it's the same price. Not a warm feeling of friendliness anymore which is sad because we visit often.

The server greeted us with a "I'll be with you in a minute" when we walked in. She appeared to be hostess as well as serving 4 tables when we walked in, even though there were two other people there, including a hostess/expo.Finally got seated asked for water and coffee which was slammed down on the table by the server She was loud and abrupt.she came back to the table and took the order. My husband ordered his eggs over medium and they were hard. hash browns were hard and almost burnt. On the pork sliders. Two of the three sliders had a glob about a Tbsp. full.of chimmichurri sauce. And hardly no meat. The third one had meat, but no chimmichurri. All were cold. I remade the sliders and ate them without the pepsi I ordered because the server never gave it to us, but charged us for it. The server returned at the end of the meal to ask if things were all right. At that point, we were done. We were going to order pie, it was never offered. We did get the pepsi taken off the bill and got one piece of pie to go with our Shari's rewards card. The service and quality of food was sadly lacking. I would hesitate to try this Shari's again and we are very frequent customers of Shari's.

Ordered the strawberry salad and right about the time we should be getting our food we were told they were out of strawberries. So we had to wait double the time for our food, AND then when she got the substitute salad it had the wrong dressing. To top it off, we were charged for it. I was surprised to see it on the bill.

The food has gone down hill at Shari's for the past year or more. Sometimes it's adequate, but just as often it's not. Sometimes the servers are on the ball and correct a problem (which you shouldn't have anyway). As often, they don't bother to check at all, as was the case today. We will try a different Shari's in our neighborhood. If it's not any better, we'll start going elsewhere. Another point: Your failure to offer coupons is becoming a factor as to whether we will continue to patronize your restaurants. I don't want a free cinnamon roll, which isn't very good to beginn with, or stuffed hashbrowns, which are worse. But a few bucks off is enough incentive to get me to take a chance, even if it's 50-50 these days that we will get something edible. Not good, you guys. And the trend is sliding downward.

I arrive. Seated right away next to the door, drafty and noisy. The place was empty until people started walking by me to be seated. Got water right away. So far, so good. Get menu, decide on Trail Boss burger. The egg needs to be broke, or when you bite into it, yolk goes everywhere. All over me, my hair, the table. So this time I get it yolk broke. Last time, the waitress was fine with the mess. I was not. This time, my burger is done and just sits there as I watch the manager walk by it, come back and shuffle the plate, walk away, come back, reshuffle, get a container of mayo for another table, come back, then decides to bring me my food. I take off the top UNTOASTED bun (really?) to add ketchup because the burger is dry. I see four pickles about the size of a dime on one side of the burger stacked on top of each other straight up and down. I showed the manager. No remedy. He does not even say anything to the cook. My fries are a little cold. Nobody checks on me. I just sit there. Twenty minutes later, I have to get up and ask for a box. Then I have to ask for the check. Waitress asks if everything was okay. I said the service was horrible. No reply. Mentioned the pickles.

The fish and shrimp that were ordered were severely over fried. The result was fish jerky and shrimp that were so crunchy I feared I might break a tooth. This is my favorite combination on the menu and I frequently order this when I visit Sharis This evenings visit was at a time that was not that busy The food came reasonably fast Over cooking the fish reduces the size of the portion as well as making the fish difficult to eat. I would certainly not recommend this to any of my friends

After drinking half of my hot chocolate, I found an empty mint wrapper in my cup. This was disgusting and unacceptable. The manager brought me another cup, as if I would want it. My meal was free, however my entire order was Luke warm.
