Shari's

Portion size of the meat in the pot roast was very skimpy. I had to look for the meat, as it was overwhelmed with mashed potatoes. The pot roast consisted of one full bite size piece, and a few shredds of meat. I have ordered this meal many times and in many Sharis, including this one. I have always been satisfied with the portion size. For the price, and based on past experiences where I was satisfied, I felt ripped off. The meal should have been called mashed potatoes and brown gravy.

The service was poor. Our server named Debbie forgot to give my husband his soup with his meal. When my children's burgers were brought to them I asked for ranch and ketchup and mustard she acted as if it irritated her she left and had an angry look on her face. This is the second time we've had this server and we have had the same attitude. I'm a regular at Shari's and for the most part the staff are wonderful,outgoing,very friendly. This server needs to be trained in customer service better.

first waitress was very rude and short. second one was nicer however she forgot to put in our meals which made for an extremely long wait time and unhappy children

Cold food, forgotten items, bringing out dishes at the wrong time, poor customer service.

There was lipstick stains on my glass of mimosa and I drank from it unknowingly. I told the staff and they did not do much except take the glass. It was disgusting.

the store was understaffed for the number of customers. the wait staff was overwhelmed and when I asked he stated his relief was on the way in. I asked for specific food preparation and they failed to get it correct. As the time was late and already taken too long I decided this staff was not going to make this visit any better.

I ordered the spinach omelet. the egg was scrambled with the spinach, there was no filling inside! NO mushrooms, no onions, no cheese, nothing, only a little bit of cheese and avacado on top of omelet. I told the waitress and she said that is how they make it now. That is not what it says online. She made no offer to correct the order or offer me something else. The price for an EMPTY OMELET was outrageous! That omelet is the only reason I come for breakfast. Did you suddenly change the ingredients, and not let anyone know? People like vegetarian omelets with their filling! It is not an omelet with nothing inside of the omelet. Really IS this the way you do business? I am very disappointed!

The food was average at best. The waiter was good and efficient. The problem was at Payne no for the meal. When paying, the woman taking the money was rude to my girlfriend. My girlfriend stated that there were no mints. The woman taking the money (a large woman with long dark hair in a pony tail) said to her "You know where you can take your complaint." That shocked my girlfriend and angered me. It was sudden and out of context with the conversation. Also, the men's bathroom was yh filthiest bathroom that I have seen in a Sharis. I will not recommend this restaurant to anyone but will tell my friends and family to pass it up.

I was questioned about my order then once i received it there was hair in my food. The time it took to be helped was longer them any location I've ever visited.
