We love coming here and Sarah is always a delight. She's friendly and very attentive. Even when it's busy she takes the time to check on us and see if we need anything. Love it!

Excellent service and tried a new seafood omelette that i loved! Tom is a great manager who always finds time to say hi to us. Heidi always tells us whats new and what might interest us.

The problem was another customer. Grouchy old man was horribly rude to our server, Leanne. He was so rude, that he made tears come to her eyes. She handled it perfectly. She explained to him that Sharis always wants him happy, and she will everything she can to make that happen. She then went to her manager, Sara, and reported the incident. Before the manager could have a minute to talk to rude customer, I went to her to let her know who's fault the incident was. The manager went to the rude customer, and handled the situation extremely well, too. The wife of rude customer took the manager aside and explained that her customer had dementia. Leanne and Sara both talked to the wife, and everything was ok. Leanne and Sar.a kept their cool, and talked it out until everything was ok again. they handled it beautifully. We let Leanne know that she handled everything so well, and we gave her a large tip, These two employees need to be commended for their abilities to handle the public, even in a harsh situation. Thank you
