It was clean, we were greeted at the door and seated right away (it wasn't busy), served water and coffee, orders taken, food delivered shortly thereafter, and it all tasted great!

We like Shari's because you can get a value priced meal and the food is reasonably well-prepared.....and the staff is always friendly.....

The employees are very friendly. The manager now calls me by name. The food is always delicious.

The hostess and waitress Whitney were very professional and on top of their game. I did not have to wait to be seated, waited on or served.

The comment about the length of time to get my drink refers to not getting refilled with water. This was not the waitress's fault, as this was Pi Day, and Shari's was quite busy ! ! !

the hostess always greets me with a smile and by name. The place is warm and clean theand the tables are clean and already set for the next customer

Always a good experience. The Manager is great, waitresses are always pleasant. Orders exactly what we wanted.

Our server, Lisa delivers great service always. These waitresses at this Sharis are very deserving of a TRIP to Las Vegas , I will work for them while they get a much needed mini vacation! I will not be as fast as they are but I would try! They are so loved by customers! Ur your having a bad day when you come in , your feeling better when you leave. They make a big impact!❤️
