The manager, Nacho, was very friendly and seated us and took our drink orders. And came back to check on us later. I appreciate a manager that goes out of their way to make sure customers are happy.

Ashley was my server. She's amazing. Always smiling and is very attentive to customers needs. The really nice thing about this Shari's is that the entire staff is great. I always ask to sit in Ashley's section but I'm happy here wherever I sit. Great family atmosphere.

This is our all time favorite spot in Tualatin. Heide, lisa, and Brookes are always friendly and helpful.
