The employees are very friendly and knowledgeable. We have no problem if we ask for a change on your order.

We purchased a whole Key Lime pie and were able to enjoy a piece at the restaurant before taking the rest home. Jorge waited on us and was very helpful

I have been to many restaurants and while the food was good, place clean, etc. the atmosphere at most places was too tense like the employees were unhappy working there. However at Shari's I've always feel welcomed and surrounded by happy staff, they're always smiling and whiling to help me even if I have a different server. Even the managers are whiling to promptly help with whatever I need. My server, Jorge has helped me several times and he always delivers good food with great attitude, and I appreciate that. Also Tom, the manager has come to ask if I need anything extra at all. I like how special they make me feel every time and that's why I keep coming back on my lunch break to Shari's. Thank you guys please keep doing what you do :)

My experience at shares has been exceptional. The manager is very welcoming and makes you feel good. The service by heide is outstanding, always friendly and attentive. Heide always makes sure my coffee pot is full. You are lucky to have such a great employee.

The staff was very friendly, took our order in a timely manner, our food was there in good time, and it all tasted very good. My husband is usually very picky and he even said it was a good breakfast.

Except for taking too long to get our order, the service was excellent as was the food and friendly help. Both orders were hot and tasty

I was greeted promptly as soon as i got to the door by the manager Nacho. Thats very impressive because i dont see this very often. Igual think im gonna make this sharis my regular sharis for this reazon & the great service..
