Our waitress was very exper and polite .

The service was excellent when the food came on separate plates since we like to share entrees...the food was prepared exactly as requested and tasted superb. Thanks for an excellent meal!

Ashley was my server. Excellent as usual. Friendly and attentive. She's always a positive experience.

Our server #114332 Wendy goes above and beyond serving our group of 12 after Church on Sunday. Despite what appears to be a definite shortage of staff to wait on all of the customers Wendy through her individual efforts made us feel welcome and well cared for in our dining experience. This location appears to be experiencing the loss of quality experienced employees and something obviously needs to be done to retain these people if at all possible in the future.

Server was skilled and attentive. All the staff was friendly. I come here with a group after church, and they do a good job of taking care of the large group (12 of us).

We visit Sharis several times during the month. Ashley is AMAZING and we love dining at Shari's and having her as our server. There was an incident this past Sunday which should be addressed. There is a new manager at the Tualatin restaurant- Garrett. In front of customers - loud enough even one customer commented - he let the servers know he was not happy about something. Strictly my opinion but in front of customers was not the right time or place to bring up an issue. It could be that he is new and is trying to figure things out, but still......

I just love the food and quick service.

Laurie is terrific. She knows the menu and can/does suggest options. Her service is great.

Eat at Shari's quite often. Main reason is the employees. Have known many of them for a long time. Today we had Lisa and Heidi. Two very nice ladies who always are glad to see us and are very welcoming. We have to go out of our way to visit this Shari's but the employees make it worthwhile. There are closer Shari's but we prefer this one.
