Everyone is so nice and attentive

Ashley is always so friendly. She makes our dining out a pleasure. We choose Shari's in Tualatin for our "going-out" restaurant because we can count on the excellent staff and service. If there is a mistake on the order, it is corrected immediately. Again, Ashley it the tops!

Good food

The cashier wasn't as friendly as the rest of the staff. They weren't knowledgeable on the product I bought. The price of a single slice of pie was too high for the quality.

They were very opening when we walked in. I asked if you do donations and I was very happy with how they treated the situation. The food cake quickly and the waitress was nice

I really like my food HOT. The food tasted good, but was just warm as if it had been ready earlier but took a short nap at the ready station. Not a huge problem but could have been better.

They won't let me go back and change my answers, and I seem to have given the wrong impression. If I get what I am expecting, I am satisfied. I am not "highly satisfied." If I ask you for change for a five and you give me five ones, I am satisfied, that's all. For example, speed of service: everything seemed to take the normal amount of time. If it had been unusually fast, I would have said highly satisfied. Food: we ordered burgers and they were good burgers, which is what I expected. Had they been bad, I would not be satisfied. If I had thought, " my goodness, these burgers are amazing! How did they make these?" then I would say "highly satisfied." My daughter and I generally been treated really well here and I hope I didn't hurt the statistics or scores for this restaurant or the staff. I did note that the atmosphere and the friendliness of staff were very, very good. Thanks.
