It was Thanksgiving Day and we were not expecting fantastic service and speed and that is what we got. Waitperson when she came was very attentive to our needs and very knowledgeable of the menu

I went in for pancakes, because I was craving a traditional breakfast. The waiter was nice and friendly. The atmosphere was easy going.

We only ordered milkshakes but they took forever to give us our shakes and they forgot to give us our coffee and pies we had to remind them

The waitress did not han me over the check she just told me the amount the after i paid she hand me over the check and i notice she charged me for drinks when i know the if am video lotering the drinks are free i brougth this to the manager on duty she say she did not know how to undo because it was already paid by my card so the problem was not solve

Out server, Brittany, was engaged in a conversation with the kitchen staff upon out arrival. She stood in the open kitchen doorway to complete the conversation before acknowledging out presence and seating us. After ordering our dinner, we were told the salmon had not been prepped that day and was there anything else we cared to order. Settled for fish and chips. The meal was served by a second server, the vegetables were cold and we never received the soup that was ordered. We felt this was not up to the usual standard we receive at Tualatin Sheri's.

My server, Savannah, was very rude and short with us throughout my time at sharis earlier this evening. There was only 2 other tables in the restaurant and it looked like the manager was serving one of those 2 tables. So that left my server with 2 tables to handle. She was very unattentive and when she did come to the table she was rude. Didn't smell the greatest either. I hate to be that one person to complain but this experience was awful. My table of 4 had to wait long for everything, to place our order, to get our food (which was not even that great), even to be cashed out. She needs more training on how to treat a guest. Will not come back late at night again.

The breakfast menu was changed dramatically. Some of the icon breakfasts that I look forward to at Sharis are gone. No skillets, limited omelettes etc. Sharis is a NW icon and a place I've enjoyed as a NW native my whole life. Bring back some of the classic items please.

Not enough servers. Only one server and manager to work store. Service was sub standard. To be fair this was probably due to not enough help. When we were ready to leave manager was on phone with call in customer. There were people waiting to be seated, waiting to pay check. Everybody waited a long time to get taken care of. Manager was on phone, had to go check something, came back and then was on phone for a longer amount of time. People should not have to wait like that. Bad business.
