Restaurant had AC running full blast, yet it wasn't that hot outside to justify the cold temp inside. We asked that they turn the AC down, but apparently they didn't pay any attention. Our food sat so long on the line that my quiche was actually cold when I got it. We go to a Shari's probably once a week. We might have to find a new favorite place if they can't address customer concerns.

Worst service we've ever had. Our server was forgetful and not attentive. She seemed preoccupied and determined to ignore us. We had to ask for our check twice. The manager came over to inquire about our meal and service, she could tell we were looking like we needed something I suppose. We said that our server disappeared and hadn't brought us our check like she said she would, but we could see her running around doing things. Even though it wasn't busy, she still ignored us. The manager apologized and promptly brought us our check and took care of us. We recognized her, we're regulars here, we wished that she would've just taken care of us instead. Ashley, Leah, Wendy, and Lisa are our favorite faces. Leah made us happy by offering us pie to take home. We'll be back, but would prefer to not be waited on by the new server. She needs a little more practice.

Only 2 out of 4 were asked for a drink order. 2 out 4 had flatware at the table and was asked twice, got it myself. No butter or sour cream was on a "fully loaded" baked potato. Last, ordered a side salad the came out with main order. RETRAINING.....

The whole place was just run down from the outside starting to look like a dive bar with old paint and cracking walls garbage on entrance walk way. All it was missing was a bum sleeping in the bushes. The inside was clean on the surface but a bit run down with some pretty nasty large stains on the carpet. All I came for was coffee and a slice of pie but my pie was plated like a child did it.

Food not prepared as ordered. Waitress did not check with us the whole time we were there. She did not give me the check.

My order was to be ready at 12:04 and I arrived at 12:10. I told the cashier that I had an online order and she said "I was just about to start that". She hadn't gotten the napkins, butter, jelly, drinks or the syrup ready yet. Ordered two meals with stuffed hash browns, received regular hash browns. The English muffin was burnt to a crisp and was still Put in my container when it should have been re made. I received 3 butter containers and 4 syrup containers for one kid's pancake. Clearly she did not pay attention to what I ordered when putting together the butter and syrup. I did not need that much, it was wasteful.

Our waitress was the only good part of coming here other than her forgetting to bring the check for almost a half hour and there were only two or three other people at tables.

My friend and I both ordered Spring Omelette. We asked for the hash browns and asked the waiter if we could do a biscuit instead of toast. He said no problem. When food came out we were only given omelets and biscuits, no hash browns. When we asked he brought out the hash browns, but said that because we got biscuits (no gravy) that there would be an extra charge for them because they were not toast. When we got the bill we were charged for biscuits and gravy which was on top the bread that was supposed to be included, it was 5.99 extra. They should of made it right because when ordering we asked if it was included and he said that we could get the biscuits, and did not mention and extra charge. It was their mistake, not ours and we had to pay for it.

The waiter we had was extremely inattentive in a mostly empty restaraunt. It took him quite a while to take our order. It took a very long time to get drink refills. It was extremely slow getting our food and then when it arrived, food was cold and under cooked. When the cold food arrived, part of the order was wrong.

Everything took a little longer than usual. When we arrived their appeared to be only one waitress. There were more after we were there 10 or 15 minutes. When I paid the bill I gave the cashier a KeyTag for a FREE slice of pie, which we received, BUT it was not removed from the BILL. However the cashier did remove $5.00 which was put on our Sharis Card. Cleanliness - the Coffee Pots have a lot of stains on the exterior of the pots. It appears they need a GOOD cleaning.
