Didn't like the new menu; where did all the breakfast items go like the corned beef hash breakfast? Where did the Honored Guest breakfast and lunch items disappear to? I ordered the simple omelet but it lacked the 'poof factor' and was rather bland tasting. Maybe your Marketing people need to do a better job at canvassing the 'real' market before they release their next brilliant idea?

we were greeted immediately and received our initial drink...we placed our order right away...once the meal came to the table - no one checked on us to get more drink or napkins..

Extremely slow service. Did not receive all that I ordered. Had to wait about 20 minutes before someone acknowledged us and took our order. Was not checked on during our visit

We ordered two breakfasts for dinner. One omelet with egg whites and one regular. It took more time than expected to deliver our meal. The regular egg breakfast tasted and appeared like it had been under the headlamp for some time. The cheese on top could just be picked up and lifted off the egg omelet. The egg white breakfast was just very good.

We had 3/$10 gift certificates (same as money) and a Shari's coupon for a discount on the Tillamook Cheeseburger reducing the price from $10.69 to $8.99 (POS CODE 1142). The person operating the cash register could not give us the discount because we were using gift certificates...WHAT?????? Needless to say, we were somewhat amazed and unhappy. It was not the measley $1.70, it was the fact no one there had the ability to rectify the issue or did not have the proper training. As I told the person at the cash register, we will never come here again. We have been to many many other Shari's Restaurants and never had an issue, we have now had 2 at this location.

Once I finished my main order. I waited over 35 mins for the waitress to come back so I could order a slice of pie. Nothing! As I waited it became apparent that I had chosen a unkempt section of the restaurant to sit at as several tables still had dirty dishes on them. After waiting so long I got fed up and went to leave, I found the waitress behind the cash register at the front as if waiting for me to leave. She seemed completely unapologetic for her failure to check in on me, and when she saw I would give her no tip became rather moody. Overall I will not be returning to this location again.

We arrived at the restaurant excited about having the prime rib and stroganoff. We were immediately seated and I requested a booth in a quieter section due to my hearing. We ordered drinks and they were brought promptly (although the glass of cabernet I ordered tasted horrible, it was definitely not the first pour from the bottle). When no one came to take our orders or check on us for over 15 minutes we decided to go elsewhere and checked out. The young lady that checked us out (Ciera) was extremely apologetic and gave us a piece of paper saying she owes us breakfast. I do not blame Ciera, she seems to be a very conscientious employee and was trying to make sure we left happy. I blame this on miscommunication. Other folks very near to us were being attended to all the time by other associates while we were sitting in our booth. Evidently the right hand did not know what the left hand was doing. I did not bring up the fact we should not have had to pay for the two drinks we ordered because Ciera was trying to lessen the damage by giving us the paper for free breakfast. Will we come back to collect the breakfasts? Doubtful.

I ordered an omelette with biscuits and gravy. I asked the server how the gravy was; she said "good", so I went with her words. The omelette was poorly presented, and on the lower side of mediocre. The gravy on the biscuits was bland, with no flavor. When I brought this to the attention of the waitress, she asked if I wanted something else; I said I didnt want more mediocre food. When I called the manager over when I went up to pay, and I told him it was horrible, he said 'Really? Breakfast?! Most people complain about dinner'. Wow. He said that the gravy is made with pork sausage; I IMMEDIATELY told him 'no, its not; if it were, it would have flavor.' He said he was going to go taste it; I encouraged him to please do so. 'This was done by a cook who's been here 11 years', he said; well, Shari's management, there is your problem. Poor food quality by people who dont care about what they create. The manager could have made it right by not charging me for the biscuits and gravy, but he didnt; the server could have done the same. Poor quality, no flavor food; no thanks. I am done with Sharis. If I want breakfast outside my house, I will go to Biscuits Cafe in Wilsonville.
