Our waitress was terrific, but we need GLUTEN FREE CHOICES. My husband has Celiac's Disease, and eating food with gluten (wheat flour) creates stomach discomfort and sometimes diarrhea. In 2003 he learned that it caused him to be extremely anemic. Normal hemoglobin is 12 to 14. He was about 6. As soon as he stopped eating food with gluten, a month later his level was 12. Pamela's GF pancake mix is great (found at Costco) and Udi's makes acceptable bread. The bread comes frozen, so it doesn't spoil.

The server was shaky and forgetful. The meals were not brought out together, most people were finished eating before the last meal was brought out. Most plates were cold when they came out. One member of our party did not receive his meal until we were on our way out (it was brought in a to go box). The server came out four times to ask my order specifically, he asked me twice if I wanted toast, to which I said no (as I am allergic to wheat). When my meal finally came, after everyone else had eaten, there was four pieces of toast on top of my hash browns so I could not eat them. I would have sent it back to the kitchen if it had come out earlier. While I was waited for my order to come out the server, another server and the manager all brought out three orders which none of us had ordered.

The pancakes were burned badly, they forgot multiple items in our order, and they billed us inaccurately. We paid at least $10 more for our food than we should have, but didn't catch the billing errors until after we got home.

It was thanksgiving day. We had to wait for over 5 minutes to be seated. We could see empty tBles and busy staff. All attention was in serving holiday dinners to those already seated. Our order was taken but the waiter did not pay attention to the need for coffee cream. Totally distracted and forgot. We waited about half an hour for food. We did not order the holiday meal. The waiter noticed many times no food. Finally he instructed the kitchen to fix it. All attention was to the holiday meal as I noticed and he told us the same. People who came after us got food first and even desert before we got anything. We will never go on a holiday again. We will think long and hard about goi g to Sharis at all. We were told sorry, but sorry does little to make up for wasted time.

After 40 minutes of waiting for our order, the waitress came back saying that they didn't have chicken wings. That's she could make chicken strips with the sauce option we had chosen. We had no other choice since we had 3 hungry kids waiting. Food finally came and the strips appearance we are nasty. Not even with sauce. I told the waiter to take it back. SARA G. Was very unpleasant to work with. Had no customer service at all. Had an attitude since she started our order and when I ask her why they didn't let us know before hand that they didn't have wings her best answer was that they had a new cook. Very disappointing experience, will never come back to this sharis.

Service horrible, food horrible, I was order chickens wings, and 40 min later the waiter tell us is not a wings for us and if we like a chicken strips with the sauce and we say yes, went she bring the food it was totally dry. I never caming again to this place

I was at the Tualatin Sharis and an employe named Sarah was yelling at my wife for no particular reason.She went to the bathroom with my daughter and when she was returning to the table the employe told her to leave.Also the coffee was cold and food was overcooked.And lastly I ordered the junior sample and the fries were missing.

Me my 2 year old daughter, and my baby mama decided to eat at your establishment for my Birthday. we were sat promptly and given our drinks as normal. we waited about 15 minutes before even getting our order taken. took another 20 minutes to even get our order out to us. after eating our meal, i decided to feast my eyes on the deserts as it was my birthday and i was being treated by my baby mama. as we waited for the next prompt moment for our server, whom never came until 20 minutes after we ate our meal. i decided against getting the desert as it was too late for us and our daughter who was getting tired. i asked for our check, paid and left without my desert that i was hoping for. we were also not asked to have a box for our leftovers. and after paying i decided to keep my receipt. promptly after receiving my receipt i overheard the server who served us say, "thanks for not being mean". Our servers name is Sara G. and Sarah im sorry but you should tend to your customers more as they may need more attention than you think. Please refine your customer service skills.

There were two problems. First, and most important, is that garden burgers and the ability to replace a humburger patty with a gardernburger patty was removed from the menu. Having vegetarians in my house, this makes it much more difficult for everybody to find something they want to eat. Second, they forgot to add the soup we had ordered. I didn't discover it until I got home and didn't want to make the 30m round trip for a single cup of soup.

We were given breakfast only menus, waited 10 minutes to get that corrected, then another 10 to place our order of salad with quiche and a burger. After eating salad, the burger arrived & we were told there was no quiche. Changed to a sandwich, which was a disappointing spoon of chicken salad on bread, and by then burger was cold. It was an hour from placing our order to leaving. As we were leaving, the manager came out to engage in a conversation with a waitress or hostess (in the public area) about either an employee who had left early or a customer who left without paying. Actual conversation was unclear as we avoid eavesdropping. We have been dissatisfied with the service here in the past, but thought they deserved another chance. This was definitely the worst and we will never again consider going to this Shari's when we are in this neighborhood.
