The wait staff is tops! They know their customers and their favorite menus. They are courteous and knowledgeable of Shari's menu. The service is always very good and timely.

Good food, the service is always outstanding. Crystal goes above and beyond to be sure we're taken care of. The atmosphere is cozy.

Very clean very nice atmosphere.waitress was Lisa she was awesome. Friendly nice lady.she came back over over to see if we were ok. I was so pleased.our food was delicious it was great. All of us which were 4 of us we all were very satisfied

I come to PDX every 3 months or so to visit my Mother. I always make Sharie's breakfast a part of my trip. The Chicken Fried Steak is always excellent and a real treat.

This particular restaurant is usually rated excellent especially with the early morning staff up until around 3:00 P.M. when the next shift are not as good. Always try to go for breakfast which is always excellent but never lunch or dinner anymore. Today restaurant was busier than usual so I think that is why service and etc. were not up to the regular excellent service of the morning staff. We did have two teenagers with us this morning who were not easy to satisfy and did complain about their orders not be right. Not a problem for us two Seniors though. All in all the waitress went out of her way to fix problems and take care of us. She is one of 3 who always go out of their way to be nice and do a good job. Still love Sharis and will be back for breakfast. Thanks!

Crystal P. was very friendly both over the phone and in person when I ordered food to go. She had my order ready and recommended that I join the Shari's Club. I felt well taken care of!
