Our server, Lisa, and the manager, Tom, are consistantly excellent, friendly, and helpful. Tom has great skill in managing his staff and customer service.

As a member of a professional Healthcare program, I am very pleased when I connect with endearing individuals who make my life, as a consumer, seem less of a chaotic haze. I've never before encountered an employee in a restaurant who seems to [genuinely] care for those she serves. I came into Shari's tonight with the intent to sit down and eat and leave as fast as I could. I was very angry with some recent events that seemed to pile on and pile on, you know how it goes, but as soon as I entered the building, something kept me there. It was a certain demeanor. It seemed like someone was smiling, even though I hadn't seen a face yet. Vanessa met me at the entrance and I could feel my stress slowly fading. She was patient, had such a sweet smile, and made me feel important. In Healthcare, we are dedicated to providing the highest quality, most efficient care. I see a lot of life-changing characteristics in this woman. Vanessa, it's people like you that will heal the world, one person at a time. Thanks for doing something as simple as meeting me at the door, taking my order, being patient, and giving me a few more reasons to appreciate the day.

Anabel greeted me within seconds of walking into the restaurant and was attentive throughout the time i enjoyed lunch. Great customer service from Anabel!

Shari's in Tualatin is the go-to place for my husband and me every Saturday morning. My husband gets up before I do so he's more caffeinated by the time we head out for breakfast. Even though I'm still a zombie, and wouldn't notice unless my food didn't show up, it's nice to be greeted, seated, and cheerfully waited on. The restaurant is clean, the food is good, and the check-out experience is pleasant. There is absolutely nothing more you could ask for on a sleepy (me!) Saturday morning.

Pleased with the whole pie purchase I made and it tasted very good. Personnel was prompt and courteous.

The service made up for all that wasn't to my liking. Vanessa was attentive, but not overbearing. Her timing was perfect! She left me alone while I was reading, checked on me but didn't start a conversation. Later I was feeling more talkative and she indulged me. Vanessa is absolutely a 5-star server!

Food home cooking. Cleanliness of restaurant. Appropriate prices.

Came to Tualatin Sharis for a birthday dinner with 5 "adult" teenage boys! Chelsea was most helpful with all their orders. Always have a great experience with this restaurant!

We had a great experience right as we walked through the doors , from being greeted to being attended to , left the restaurant with a belly full and satisfied :)
