Wonderful staff, brought a large container of ice water for the table

Leslie knows what we like. She is always attentive regardless of the number of tables she serves. Leslie is very friendly.

My friends and I love going to Shari's because of the great atmosphere. The servers are always super nice and attentive. Our server Dana is always our favorite she makes the dining experience that much more enjoyable Everytime we come in.

Nikki is the only server that we like at the time of night we come at the most often

Another great late night dinner. Amy was my hostess . Took good care of me. Ans. all my questions, came back often to see if I needed anything. Warm up my Pie, Amy you Rock. Autumn Was the cook on duty. She came out of the kitchen to thank me for my last review of her cooking . Both girls Rock I do enjoy my time at Sharis.

I don't normally make it to Sharis to eat (even though I work right next door) but I had some time to kill and was starving, so in I went. I ordered some soup and coffee to start. I got lucky and today was potato soup day (my favorite). The waitress Jae was amazing and made me feel right at home. She even added something to my order for me to take home after she'd given me my check and gave me to go boxes when I couldn't finish my shake and fries. I asked for extra crispy bacon on my sandwich and it was perfect. Everyone was friendly and in good spirits. It was a wonderful and much needed ending to a long day. Thank you, everyone.

It was rather late as we were homeward bound and had been on the road about 2 hours do we stopped at the Shari's in Port Orchard to get a bite. The staff greeted us immediately, was prepared to seat us as soon as we were ready, and brought drinks right away. But then more customers came in and due to the shortage of staff, it took a little while for the waitress to get back to us to take our order. Otherwise, it was a delightful experience. Note: this is not the first store we have been in when the staff was short. maybe something could be done about it.

The team members are great! our waitress Charmaine was very charming, efficient, and on top of what we might need or want. the cashier Heather was very friendly as well. Thank you!

Charmaine knows exactly what we want to eat & drink. She is friendly and welcoming. Our food was prepared just the way we like it.

As always, the food was timely and delicious and the team was highly efficient.
