The wait staff, particularly Leslie, is cheerful and efficient. They greet you as if you were the person they were hoping would walk in the door. Even when the restaurant is crazy busy, you are treated as the most important person there. We love the Shari's in Port Orchard, Washington--others we have visited were okay, but Port Orchard's is special. I do not know the specific reason why it feels and tastes so much better; it must be the people.

Warm, friendly wait staff. Accuracy of order. My husband commented that the burger he ate was the best he ever had.

We were seated immediately. Our waitress, Lesly, was there at the table to take our drink orders very quickly. Our order was place very quickly and the waters returned to check on our satisfaction several times and returned with a change to one drink order and extra menus without interruption of our meal. Very professional!

WE WERE ONE OF THE FIRST CUSTOMERS TO VISIT THIS LOCATION WHEN IT OPENED . WE LIKED THE FOOD AND THE SERVICE AND STILL DO. WE HAVE OUR FAVORITE SERVERS OVER THE YEARS BUT THAT DOES NOT MEAN THE OTHERS ARE NOT GREAT . WE LOVE THEM ALL . WE HAVE BEEN TO A FEW OTHER SHARI'S AND THEY ARE ALL GOOD .
