Restaurant is sparkling clean and fresh. Waitress knowledgeable and helpful. Food was outstanding.

First off our food we orderer was awful the first time. Some of the worst food I ever had. Unfortunately it was ordered to go. Ended up putting it in my fridge and bringing it back. It was actually so bad my gf ate two bites of salad which was brought back and my mom only ate a quarter of her burger. I came in and talked with the manager on duty whos name was Barbie. She had my food remade and was very helpful and friendly. I even up ordering two pie shakes and two teas to go. My server Molly made amazing pie shakes. The ratio of everything was good. She should train everyone on how to make a good pie shake, so as I waited I saw that the manager was on top and helping out with my order. This impressed me as managers tend to "care" but walk away once they're done talking to you. This was not the case! I could see she was checking quality and everything. My food ended up being amazing the second time. The quality was phenomenal. I believe my cook was Andrew? He and Barbie made some good chicken and my mom loved her burger this time. Food is good and service as well

My server was excellent and the new look is brighter and very clean. My only issue with Sharis is the hit or miss policy of being able to pay at the table. It is the reason I quit going there as some servers would handle the payment and did not know why others did not. Then the next time I would have to cue up with the crowd waiting to be seated. This takes place at the entrance which gets pretty crowded on a Sunday morning. I hoped the new remodel would change things so went back to try it. Sitting at a table with a register directly behind me I was told the same old thing. My server stepped up and it took under a minute to check me out there. This may seem like a petty reason to you but it is the only establishment that does it. I like the food but. I do not like the policy Again, my server was very very good. Annette Churbuck

The server Darren was amazing. Very attentive. Even the manager Summer came by to make sure my party was enjoying our dinner.

Much improved over how this location has been run in many of the previous years. We do come here often, but the food is much improved, as well as employee attentivness. Thank you.

Love the new look of the Shari's on Wheaton Way in East Bremerton, WA!

When we came in it was super busy , summer came up and sat us right away and are sure we had drinks. Craig was fast for how busy it was getting us our food. Great staff. We loved that summer not only took the time out of her busy day to stop and get us drinks but to again check on us and chat for a bit. And boy was she busy and running to help her staff. Because of these two we will be back often!

I loved our server and wait staff! I go there not just for the food but the people who work there

I always buy Shari's pies to take to my family gatherings about 3 times a week. Shari's by far has the best tasting pies that are available anywhere, and the prices are extremely good. Have tried different pies over the years, and some new favorites have emerged. My extended family has always looked forward to bringing them to family get togethers, it has become a tradition.
